He-yo! Nice to e-meet you!For about 3 years I have been managing end-to-end processes for almost all tech verticals (Development, AI, Data and Product). From setting the requirements and scope for the roles, up to running all the processes (including interviews and selection), up to offering extension and onboarding. Therefore I build and deliver data-driven projects for Talent and People. From the early stages of understanding improvement areas up to defining goals and indicators, and, of course, creating the projects and putting them into production to improve and enhance internal processes. As a result, I have worked in plenty of areas, such as Talent and People Metrics, L&D, and Talent Acquisition. I believe as a Talent & People professional, my responsibility is to be the bridge between the individuals that compose the organization and the organization itself. To do so I am being a People First at the same time to keep in mind business constraints, to focus on feasible and realistic goals.
