I am a very ambitious, persistent and resilient person who has already managed to achieve many goals in life. I always fight until I reach my goals. I am a focused person who is not shaken by setbacks. At the age of 16, I entered the labour market, more specifically at Metalúrgica Barradas, as a lathe operator, and I started to attend a professional course to become a turner and miller. I realized that, in order to evolve in my career, I had to obtain professional training in the field of metalworking, so I started to attend several formations in my spare time. Later, I started working at Diamond Service Portuguesa as a sintering technician. After three years, and thanks to my adaptability and resilience, I was promoted to general supervisor. Feeling unfulfilled professionally, after two years, I became a general foreman. Due to my skills, such as decision-making, focus and communication skills, I managed to become commercial director. After seven years, as a result of my persistence, desire to achieve success and a futuristic vision, I acquired the company I was an employee, becoming managing partner. Since then until now, I've learned a lot, becoming an even more focused person, with well defined goals.
