Deploy promotion programs to distributors and retailers.• Supervise promotional performance of distributors, agents, and retailers (Cross Check).• Proceed with paper work to reward distributors, retailers, agents and stores which reach the targets set by the company. • Arrange and supervise the using of POSM• Arrange and supervise signboards implemented by the third party.• Carry out surveys of the opponents’ prices and promotion programs then work out new plans/new promotion programs which are more suitable for current market.

Main dities:- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.- Maintains a pay plan by preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of Operations employee performance by training managers to coach and discipline; hearing and resolving employee grievances.- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff & worker.
