- Advising clients in M&A deal transaction in securities field: a prominent dairy manufacturer in Vietnam, in a significant investment deal of USD 100million with a Singapore-based investment fund - Providing legal retainer services to foreign-invested companies and local companies in Vietnam, including legal advice on corporate and FDI matters, obtaining required licenses for their desired business. Carrying out the filing and the submission of licensing application dossiers.- Advising 02 Korean manufacturing companies in real estate matter, i.e. renting land from Binh Duong’s authorities, extending the land lease term and the investment project renting land from State.- Advising various foreign companies in labour matter, assisting 02 French international schools in drafting and submitting their Internal Labour Regulations to labour department.- Advising foreign clients in filing petition, proceeding the dispute settlement procedures with the court.- Coordinating, preparing forms and templates (including drafting explanation) for PDP (Personal Data Protection) in accordance with new Decree 13/2023.

- Advising clients in M&A deal transaction in insurance field: A French insurance company in the transaction of its 80% capital in a Vietnamese insurance broker company, with total value of USD2,700,000.- Assisting an Australian education group in establishing an Overseas Study Consulting Center which was valued at USD1,200,000. Working with inspectors of HCMC Department of Education and Training and obtaining successfully their approval for the issuance of Operation License in overseas study consulting services.- Assisting a Norwegian company in filing and submitting a licensing dossier after the deadline of submission. Explaining with Vung Tau authorities and saving client from an administrative penalty of VND40,000,000.- Preparing legal advices to clients to answer intellectual property issues, assisting a client in drafting NDA to protect their recipe of food products, in revising a trademark license agreements.- Representing a Taiwanese company as defendant in a lawsuit at VIAC to against the claim of payment of unreasonable compensation of USD5,500,000. The arbitral award accepts only 2% of the plaitiff’s claim.- Advising the above Taiwanese company in requesting and obtaining successfully the HCMC People Court’s decision on cancellation of the above arbitral award due to inconsistent arbitration procedures. - Assisting a foreign individual in a lawsuit at court regarding a loan dispute worth over VND300,000,000.- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, e.g. contracts, MOUs, internal corporate documents.- Working with state authorities to obtain approvals, guidances, explanations as requested by clients.

- Providing legal advices, drafting memoranda and opinions for the benefit of clients related to Corporate law, Investment law, Commercial law.- Participating in drafting, reviewing different types of contracts and corporate documentation (e.g. M&A, service, consultancy, NDA).- Drafting, submitting dossiers to local authorities for issuance of operation license for clients.- Liaising with local authorities in licensing matter.- Representing clients to attend dispute resolution meetings settled by Court and Arbitration Centre.
