-Registered Investment Advisor.-Meet with investors to determine investment goals or to discuss investment strategies.-Created portfolios based upon clients risk objective and timeline for both Taxable and Retirement accounts.-Review client accounts regularly to determine whether life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessment.-Present investment information, such as product risks, fees, or fund performance statistics.-Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates.

-Manage investment funds in discretionary portfolios for high net worth clients.-Select specific investments in asset allocation portfolios.-Develop and implement fund investment policies or strategies.-Present to external audiences regarding portfolio performance, mutual fund industry analysis and global equity/fixed income market environment.-Make internal presentations to upper management on portfolio flows, peer performance, attribution analysis (Factset).-Make internal presentations to the sales team on performance, portfolio construction, monthly notable over/under performance and current market conditions.-Hire, evaluate and oversee 12-14 mutual fund research analysts.-Work with/travel with research analysts interviewing fund managers and writing up reports.
