Casey is SVP of Business Incubation at Pearl National Home Certification, a software services company establishing a national standard for verifying and certifying the energy and performance assets of homes to increase property value and improve outcomes for real estate agents and their clients. Pearl is a National Association of REALTORS 2017 REach Technology Accelerator company and an ENERGY STAR Partner.Pearl's suite of services include special tools for real estate agents and home sellers to get full market value for their energy efficient home, and Pearl provides its network contractors with new ways to engage customers and increase revenue.Casey has dedicated his career to making homes healthier, more efficient, durable, and comfortable. In his role, Casey focuses on developing public/private partnerships and creating new business opportunities for Pearl within the residential new construction and insurance sectors. Casey also supports Pearl’s relationships with serve contractors, homeowners, and the real estate industry.Casey serves as a subject matter expert on workforce development, indoor air quality, grid-connected home technologies, and quality management systems. Casey has supported the development of industry standards while serving on the Building Performance Institute’s (BPI) Single Family and Multifamily Standard and Technical Committees and being an active contributor to refinements made in ANSI/ACCA 9 – 2016 QIvp HVAC Quality Installation Verification Protocols. He also served in the development of the Quality Control Inspector (QCI) certification as part of the Recovery Through Retrofit goal of establishing national workforce certification and training standards.

Currently supporting multiple projects promoting to energy efficiency, building performance, and customer engagement strategies. Projects include:Supporting EPA efforts promoting and managing the ENERGY STAR HVAC Quality Installation program, the Indoor airPLUS program, and the ENERGY STAR Certified Homes program.Supporting a private client on a HUD Energy Innovation Fund project to engage affordable housing owners and managers to improve multifamily properties.

Aspen Enterprises provides energy efficiency consultation to home owners, home builders, and real estate agents. We can provide home energy audits to home owners, and we are a participating contractor with Maryland's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. We employ building science experts that are certified with the Building Performance Institute.We provide green consulting and commissioning services to home builders and real estate agents. We employ raters and verifiers certified under the NAHB Green Building program, LEED for Homes, and the ENERGY STAR program.
