Executive Leadership for Carrix/SSA Marine’s Canadian logistics operations and strategic development in multi-port marine terminal, cruise, auto, off dock container and trans-load business units. Led the integration of the multiple business units into the global SSA Marine platform.

Executive Business Leader responsible for on time and on budget for Construction, Commissioning and Commercial readiness of Canada’s highest throughput capacity and technologically advanced export grain terminal. Located in the Port of Vancouver, Canada the G3 Terminal loaded its first ship in March of 2020. Concurrent with the Project moving to commercial operations, I announced my decision to move to the stage of life April 30, 2020.

As a member of the Executive team, I was responsible for the integration of through G3's acquisition and merger of Port and Country grain handling operations of Bunge Canada and the former Canadian Wheat Board. Key focus was evaluating and optimizing the deployment of people and capital to capture synergies, whilst setting the foundation of policies and processes for the long term strategic build out of G3's strategic location buildout, including the Port of Hamilton, 10 locations in western Canada and the construction of G3 Terminal Vancouver.
