I managed the warehouse and shipping & receiving until September of 2011. Since then I've done technical writing, building their Resource Center on flooring information, revived their blog, improved the images of the products for sale, and produced about 30 demonstration and how-to videos, with over 300'000 views per month currently (Fall 2015), some over a million. I've managed their Pay Per Click ad accounts on Google AdWords, Bing and Amazon since July 2013, a roughly $35,000 monthly spend, and have raised their R.O.I. from around 200% to 1100% each month. The Google account has been described as adventurous and robust by Google consultants, because we try just about everything they add to the AdWords system, and I'm able to get most of the new features to work well for us. I help put together, research, record, and fully edit audio productions for The Goldsmith Odyssey podcast, covering the works of composer Jerry Goldsmith. It is a produced show, with many clips of the films and music, and usually guests from the soundtrack producing or film making industries.

We ran our own film festivals at a theater many thought was the best in the city, not just for our films but for the place, our staff, the atmosphere . . . Great place, that one. We hosted The Heartland Film Festival for that theatre's last 7 years, from 1999-2005. Direct care in a group home setting for moderate to severely developmentally disabled residents from teenage to young adults, all non-verbal to different degrees. I assisted the residents in leading self-directed lives, with activities of daily living, and participated in planning and strategy meetings regarding the residents and the house.
