My name is Wuttichai J, I am 38 years old and single. I was born in Bangkok. I have one young sisters and one young brother. My father is a merchant and my mother is a housewife. Now I live with my parent in the Bangkok.    I’m graduated engineer tooling major from King Mongkut University of Technology Thonburi as basher degree and after I graduated I work for Sunstar Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd.  ( Motorcycle & Automotive part manufacturing )as a Process engineer Press part  for my job description.         - Improvement line by balance line or making JIG or change method         - Monitoring part in house defect and prepare report to analysis problem by 5 Why or QC 7 tool.         - Take action for quality defect from customer by sorting and prepare countermeasure.After I work for Sunstar Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 1.5 year I continue my job at Maruyasu Industrial Thailand  This company use to produce  ( Automotive part manufacturing ) Press part and welding a QA engineer 1 year and up my position to leader QA engineer 1 year for my job description.Control QC section Take action for quality defect from customer by sorting and prepare countermeasure analysis problem by 5 WhyProcess audit at supplier         After I work for Maruyasu Industrial Thailand I continue my job at NICHIAS (THAILAND) Co.,LTD as a QA supervisor 3 year and up my position to QA Executive 4 year and QA ass't Mgr 3 year  (New Model launch Press part). This company use to produce “Motorcycle & Automotive part manufacturing” for my job description.    - I have to respond order from sale department, Study work function and other detail of part     - Issue master schedule and other schedule for control plan all of project.    - Purchase and order material for produce and trial while waiting tooling from supplier.    - Setting process line and training operator for easily method.    - Make up document of customer require        - PPAP, Process FMEA        - Format document of customer.    - Follow up and improve trouble of part before mass production.    For my self I can use Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Internet, Email and some other program like auto cad  Program. And I have a driven license. I have a good interest in badminton and basketball  .My hobby I like to investment stock market when I during a free time. In the future I hope I would like to work for a challenging job and a responsible job at the stable company. And I hope the company I working for will give me a great deal of job satisfaction.
