I came back to Master Renovations when the position of Chief Estimator was created for me. I moved up to Chief Operating Officer in May of 2015 upon the resignation of the former COO. I currently oversee payroll, billing, AP, AR, estimating, project management, company licensing, bonding, insurance, and more. Everything necessary to keep the company running goes through me.

I handled daily truck and trailer driving to job sites, as well as picking up materials. I also helped train new laborers and worked independently to keep jobs moving forward.

I worked as an independent salesman. I started with Master Renovations, Inc, and was their top salesman for 5 months, bringing in over $280,000 in sales. I left to pursue other opportunities in the same work.

I started at Southern Cross as a Gas Meter Painting, but was elevated to Lead Technician in the first week. Upon the completion of the seasonal meter painting, the company added me as a Leak Detection Technician. They also allowed me to act as a side supervisor for the spring meter painting as my schedule allowed. Upon moving back to Ohio, per my request, they gave me a spot on their Cleveland Corrosion Protection Inspection team. That ended only upon completion of the seasonal inspections.

I worked on the 2010 US Census in two operations. In both positions, I was responsible for training employees, checking their work and payroll, and conducting random inspections in a 5-10 county area.
