UOB Thailand, a prestigious company has continuously groomed and developed their staffs; be it through numerous workshop/training sessions, as well as solid performance evaluation. In addition, I had learned so much about effective leadership, the right mindset and attitude to be a powerful leader, as well as people management as I observed and networked with the respectable management from all departments.Simultaneously, my time as Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking, has immensely improved my financial knowledge, along with how to think and strategize as management of various business background based on financial data and situational analysis, as well as clients meetings and visits.While I was giving my all to develop and pursue my banking career, I realize it is time for me to prove myself and make my family proud.
