W. Larry Davis has over 40-years of experience in the field of investigations, risk assessment, and close protection. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Criminal Investigator working on both narcotics and crimes against person's cases. He also served as an agent for the Protective Services Division providing close protection services to high-ranking officers, Heads of State, and dignitaries.Davis has been a licensed private investigator since 1984, and a Certified Training Instructor since 1985. His investigative training program at Gwinnett Technical College is the longest-running PI training program in the State of Georgia. He is the author of a distance learning program titled," The Professional Private Investigation Program" that has been studied by students throughout the United States. Davis conducts training throughout the Southeast for private investigators, security, law enforcement, and corrections. Davis is an expert in the area of close protection and threat assessment and provides intensive training in these areas. Additionally, training is offered in the area of firearms, and defensive tactics and Davis works closely with the entertainment industry providing technical expertise. Mr. Davis is also heavily involved in conducting complex investigations for a number of insurance, corporate, and individual clients. With an extensive background in the area of insurance fraud, accident investigations, and premises liability, Davis conducts extensive investigations to assist clients with making informed decisions about their cases. Mr. Davis is also heavily involved in providing close protection & security services to celebrities, VIPs, and stalking victims. He has served as the personal protection agent for numerous celebrity clients and provides principal cast security for the motion picture and television industries.Mr. Davis is a founding member of the Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators and currently serves as President. He is also a member of the National Association of Legal Investigators, the International Intelligence Network, and the National Council of Investigation and Security Services
