Also member of product quote team for customer RFQ, writing technical summaries, providing cost estimates, and giving customer technical presentations, negotiating requirements. Interface very well across multiple disciplines, including mechanical and electrical, and business. I have been a Software architect and developer and software quote team member for several different types of embedded controller products (ECM/PCM/TCM) for customers such as GM, Chrysler, Eaton, Borg Warner, Allison, Ford, Cummins, etc. Most of my experience is with GM products (L850, T76, T01, T88). I have a lot of experience with single- and multi-core processor operating system designs, including drivers for system peripherals (INTC, DMA, FLASH, MMU, CAN, GTM). I have done a lot of work in complex peripheral driver design (ASICs), solenoid current control, analog and discrete I/O, and various DC and BLDC motor control algorithms and applications. I have detailed experience with FreeScale and Infineon families of microprocessors.
