In my current role as Claims Analyst and Training Manager I'm tasked to resubmit claims which have been denied by Dental Insurance agencies, claims submission and payment has been a consistent pain point and one that I tackle with an amazing team. In that position I've investigated, resubmitted and written off $4500 in improperly filed claims. As well I was able to pinpoint a problem in our EFT payments from one of our partner companies. Leading to the retrieval, tracking and void/reissue of an additional $200,000 in bulk payments.I've gone on to collect claims submission information and requirements from all of our partner agencies, and combined that with existing documentation to form a consistent database which team-members from all levels can reference.

I enlisted as a vehicle operator and took on the role of safety administrator inspecting the vehicles and premises for wear or breakage providing detailed reports at the beginning and end of duty assignments and TDY. In my function as an operator I oversaw the safe loading and transport of million dollar pieces of equipment, transportation of staff and VIP visitors to the base and unloading and loading of cargo on airstrips.
