As Environmental Manager I performed storm and Environmental inspections at company industrial sites and construction work sites. I accompanied UDOT and other customer inspectors on weekly construction inspections to insure compliance with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans. Filled out Notice of Intent and worked with Utah State Division of Environmental Quality in obtaining Storm Water and Air Quality Permits. Under Nielson Construction Prior to a buyout by Staker Parson Companies I made adjustments to HS&E Manuals to comply with company and customer requirements. I had responsibility for weekly updates and reporting on ISNetworld to show compliance with customer safety requirements. I was involved in accident investigations. The investigation focused on root cause of the accident to look for changes that would help reduce accidents. I am a qualified M.S.H.A. instructor and have taught M.S.H.A. 24 Hour and 8 hour courses for surface miners. I have also had O.S.H.A. 10, and 30 hour certification and also previously had OSHA 500 Certification
