As the company adopted a franchise model, there was a need to build systems to manage information and capital flows with franchisees and profit sharing based on franchising contracts. As a core member of the project team, I conceptualized and drove the implementation of the following:**Key Responsibilities:**1. Worked with product and development teams to determine profit sharing processes and design the clearing and settlement system architecture from scratch.2. Formulated clearing and settlement workflows. 3. Led solutions to technical challenges including daily cuts, bank integration, business data reconciliation, outstanding payment processing, etc.**Key Achievements:** 1. Completed system build from 0 to 1, delivering core profit sharing capabilities.2. Introduced clearing data reconciliation mechanisms and workflows for outstanding payments, ensuring instruction effectiveness and final consistency of partner payouts.3. Developed automated capital processing to standardize clearing workflows and ensure timely capital transfers. Through optimizing data reconciliation and capital processing flows, the clearing process became more standardized and automated, while improving data accuracy and capital velocity to meet business needs for clearing efficiency and security.

Due to the high coupling between deposit and accounting data and functions in the core system, in order to clarify the boundaries of the accounting system and support lending and other channels to utilize accounting capabilities, as the owner of the accounting module, I spearheaded the planning and implementation of the productization reform of the accounting system:**Key Responsibilities:**1. In the original core system, deposit and accounting functions were highly coupled. To clarify the boundaries of the accounting system and support business access to accounting, I planned to productize the accounting system in phases. 2. Led initiatives including adding counterparties, year-end closing process changes, fund transfer reforms, accounting engine refactoring, deposit-accounting decoupling, batch automation, loan data integration, deposit-accounting decoupling, data encryption, performance optimizations, production deployments, etc.**Key Achievements:** 1. Decoupled deposit from accounting2. Re-architected accounting engine3. Standardized accounting interfaces for rapid integrationThrough my design and execution, the accounting system achieved productization transformation, significantly improving independence, flexibility and extensibility. The solution has now been successfully applied to accounting for both deposit and lending systems.

The Ping An Life Insurance core system team was undergoing a microservice (Spring Cloud) transformation. Due to plans to change the sales model of new supplementary insurance products to front-end to support high concurrency during campaign periods, we needed to extract the new supplementary insurance business from the old policy administration system. The old system shared an Oracle database with other life insurance systems, with common and specialized logic blended in stored procedures, making it impossible to demarcate system boundaries in the short term. Therefore, the system reform required a phased, evolvable approach to gradually establish boundaries and extract business without impacting old and new systems.**Key Responsibilities:** 1. Resource and environment coordination, including budget applications, architecture reviews, disaster recovery questionnaires, test cluster setup.2. Solution selection, parallel phase data comparison design, database and schema design.3. Development tasks including underwriting rules (Drools) development, policy administration workflow refactoring.**Key Achievements:**Launched pilot quotation and policy issue modules for new supplementary products, with single-machine transactional refactoring completed for the issue module.

This project was mainly responsible for the construction and optimization of Tenpay's order system, including permission modules, quick payment, and inter-bank clearing.**Key Responsibilities:**- Independently developed the permission verification module for the order system by simplifying the onboarding process for new banks through mechanisms like acquiring permissions via bank APIs and local caching.- Streamlined and optimized the quick payment business process under the mentor's guidance, improving DB TPS by over 3 times. - Conducted in-depth research and optimization based on the decoupling ideas proposed by the leader, applying single-machine plus eventual consistency to WeChat C2C transfers which accounted for most traffic, significantly boosting the core system throughput from 200,000/s to 900,000/s.- Inter-bank clearing was a scheduled regulatory solution. I was responsible for related order system development, coordinating with upstream and downstream colleagues, and took the opportunity to learn about their systems.**Key Achievements:**The project empowered the order system with key capabilities like inter-bank clearing, rapid onboarding, and high throughput, greatly enhancing Alipay's competitiveness.
