- Coordinating interviews on behalf of the Recruiters, working with the Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and various recruitment agencies for candidates, scheduling up to 50 interviews a week, supporting both the Lazada Singapore and Regional Tech Talent Acquisition teams.- Communicating frequently with the candidates and receiving them at the Lazada Visitor Centre and assisting them with settling in to upkeep a positive interviewing experience for each candidate.- Administering relevant qualifying tests (e.g. Excel, SQL, Business Case Studies, Coding Interviews etc.) for various roles as required.- Sourcing for candidates on LinkedIn for various roles and business units within the company, including Business Intelligence, Continuous Improvement, Business Development, Commercial Channel Management etc.- Regularly maintaining and updating the ATS system for annual performance tracking and auditing.- Participated in various Talent Strategy and Market Mapping initiatives over various competitors and tech firms, building reports for presentation to the Group CPO and the relevant stakeholders to keep the hiring processes relevant and competitive in the market.- Conducting end-to-end Recruitment in the WSG United Traineeship, covering the Legal Counsel, Business Intelligence and Commercial Category Management roles.- Participated in mass recruitment exercises for Redmart in hiring Blue Collar workers during the Circuit Breaker, contributing to Redmart's efforts to ramp up daily fulfilments to 15k orders.
