As an Assistant Project Coordinator at Ziwa Thukha Healthcare Services, I collaborate with a software company to develop hospital management software. I have successfully negotiated contracts, planned strategies, collected data, and generated innovative ideas for software projects that enhance the efficiency and quality of healthcare services.I also serve as an IT Officer at Ziwa Thukha, where I manage the IT systems, policies, and procedures for the organization. I have provided training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to employees on various IT issues, such as Windows installation, G Suite, NAS file server, and EMR software. I have also contributed to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, and managed IT fixed assets.With a Bachelor's of Statistics from Yangon University of Economics, I have a strong analytical background and a passion for continuous learning.
