Partly because of my study Construction Management (Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde) at Hogeschool Utrecht I have become who I am. I am a passionate person, who is committed to integrity, caring and hard working. A good working atmosphere is pleasant, but a results-oriented atmosphere is more important. When I have a clear goal or direction in mind, I'm at my best. In my work, I would like to play a unifying role. Continuing my graduation project, I see a big challenge in connecting the construction industry and the healthcare sector. But even within one sector, such as the construction sector is much need for linking the various actors. Since 2012 I work at To-Increase's NAV BIS Team. BIS stands for Business Integration Solutions and helps businesses connect systems and information sources, and simplify processes and communications. As a Product Consultant I'm continuing connecting people, companies and processes. The best part of my job is that I can teach our partners and customers in setting up the best business implementations with our software. Whether it's a remote or classroom training (both domestically and abroad); working closely together with people and sharing knowledge is what makes me the most satisfied about my job.
