Working on the AML/CFT Programme - Business Change Management work-stream, my role included documenting future view AML/CFT compliant business process and procedures.

Working on the AML/CFT programme, I completed current state and gap analysis to identify compliance gaps; facilitated workshops with business stakeholders to present legal obligations, compliance gaps and to obtain consensus on how to close those compliance gaps; modelled future view business processes (using BPMN); defined functional and business change requirements and provided requirements consultancy as part of handover of the requirements to the technical team and a team of procedure documenters. Key subject areas: customer on-boarding and occasional transactions.

I developed a set of robust swim-laned business process workflows, with supporting step by step procedures for Customer Support of a prepaid card product.
