Wacey, a member of the Samson Cree Nation, has spent much of his professional career managing all aspects and stages of construction projects in Western Canada. Wacey is a Project Management Professional, Interprovincial Red Seal Tradesperson, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSA W178.2 Level 3 Inspector, and alumni of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, he brings the construction perspective to the table at Build Neutral. From fabrication and installation of water and wastewater projects to large pipeline projects, Wacey specializes in quality and project management, materials procurement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of construction. The opportunity arose with Build Neutral through discussions with academia and consultants in the LCA industry while providing subject matter expertise.
