-Develop BIM 4D services to support construction planning and management processes a set of data through a specific path from initiation to completion in the following order : Develop 3D model (LOD 100-300) , Develop construction model (LOD400), Baseline 4D model, Detailed 4D simulation, Automate clash detection, 4D model communication , 4D simulation and Monitoring onsite using 4D model-Develop and implement operational training for architects and engineers on BIM Software, Revit, including regular refresher training and system updates, as well as pre-employment BIM/Revit technical testing to help select new employees and test current employee competence.-Develop QA QC in term of specification to Implement Master Format Classification for Archetype master specification standard-Develop document management system and collaboration workflow following ISO 19650 to be a Archetype standard workflow and implement on ACC ( Autodesk Construction Cloud)-Develop and implement the training to solve the Federated model coordination which is lack of understanding in coordinate and collaborate to Solina project, a food processing factory locate in Estonia, there are a lot of disciplines work together in difference country and time zone. An illustration for this is a collaboration between Process & piping engineer from Thailand and Architect from Estonia-Develop and implement VDC (Visualization Design Control) management process for Archetype site construction management team-Utilize the automated clash detection tools and rule checking methods for path analysis so as to identify unforeseen environmental impacts and explore appropriate solutions-Establish and implement a BIM file management system, and ensure it's maintained and monitored regularly for standardization, accuracy, and effective file management-Review and suggest ways to improve the Design's quality management-Organize and maintain a library of BIM components and details to optimize design team efficiency

-To coordinate with Royal Haskoning DHV, Netherland engineering consultancy firm, to exchange technology and innovation for design-process improvement of D103 design department.-Being a design consultant as an experienced specialist of industrial design and warehouse planning to many high standard technology factories such as the ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system) warehouses, the GMP food factories, the Data centers, the Hard disk production companies, The Jewelry Companies etc.,-Representative of CRH (Royal haskoning Thailand) to participate AR/VR technology innovation workshop for Architectural innovation construction at Royal Haskoning DHV headquarter- Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.- Leading architectural part in assigned projects to ensure that all project is aligned with a project schedule plan and coordinate with an in-house engineering team (structure engineer, civil engineer, MEP engineer) to abide by the D103 international BIM modeling standard.- In terms of BIM technology innovation solution, developing the Warehouse Planning Program to standardize the current working systems in the consulting and industrial architectural design firms by using a computer programing. Dynamo, a computer visual programing of Revit architectural software, is used in this development to create a tool for warehouse planning by studying of working patterns from a group of architects and warehouse planning designers to solve the complex problems of the working systems in the conventional warehouse planning within time limit for accurate results and aligning with the user requirements.
