The greatest lesson I ever learned was that success can be definined by your ability to follow up; whether you have the right information, the wrong answers or nothing but a blank update- people appreciate it when you keep them informed. I have also learned that it is better to under promise and over deliver than to ever break a promise! The customer experience to me is about first creating a family environment at the workplace, and then inviting your customers to be part of the family. Families celebrate success together, and they also grow stronger by working through their problems together. Every family has its problems; business is no different. In my oppinion a business problem is an opportunity to learn more about your customer and take your service to the next level.
