I’m an entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Bismarck, North Dakota, with a strong track record of expanding my company’s portfolio through real estate development, brokerage, construction, and hospitality ventures.I’m known for my creativity, leadership, problem-solving skills, and persistence. Over the past 32 years, my real estate development efforts have significantly impacted the Bismarck-Mandan region, adding over $900 million to the local tax base. My current project, Silver Ranch, is a 1,920-acre development in northeast Bismarck, which will include about 4,800 single-family and multi-family units. It’s expected to contribute an estimated $1.8 billion to the city’s tax base over the next 25 years.In addition to my business ventures, I’m actively involved in the community, volunteering for several local non-profits and serving on multiple boards. These include the University of North Dakota Alumni Association and Foundation, Bismarck State College Foundation, Bismarck Industries, Inc., Lewis and Clark Development Group, Kirkwood Bank and Trust, and Sanford Health Systems. I’m also affiliated with the National Association of Homebuilders, the National Association of Realtors, and the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC.
