Will Crane is a Senior Manager Channel Marketing (Email Campaign Engineering) at Fidelity Investments. He is proficient in Spanish. Colleagues describe him as "It was a pleasure to work with Will at LearnLaunch. During his 6-month co-op, Will was in charge of nearly all external marketing initiatives (web design, marketing materials, social media, newsletters), he led several of his own projects to redesign our company, mentor, and contact database, and worked directly with a couple of our portfolio companies to support their marketing and operations. Will blew me away with his sense of project ownership, ease to work with, and diligence in managing his responsibilities. LearnLaunch is a fast-paced, challenging work environment but Will managed his way through both by actively seeking support and practicing his project and program management skills. He flawlessly transitioned from in person to remote work (due to COVID) and remained a strong team member, even in the face of adversity. In addition to the above, Will also managed several of his own projects, both those that we asked him to complete and those that he self-identified that he could positively impact. Will pushed me and our team forward and from day 1 was a contributing team member. It was a pleasure working with him."
