- Healthy Ypsi Project:The project worked on providing the Ypsilanti Health Center with community recommendations to apply during the physical and structural restructuring of their new facility. My part was focused on Early Relational Health (ERH). ERH focuses on the importance of the early relationships in a child’s life on their development. This involved creating, administering, and analyzing parent surveys at the clinic. I also created conceptual models, literature reviews, and wrote parts of grants that supported ERH initiatives at the clinic. I also presented findings at "THE EXCHANGE: The Future of Healthy Cities" Conference - TIPPS-EC Project: Trauma-Informed Programs and Practices - Early Childhood A learning module created for teachers at early childhood centers on trauma-informed programs and practices.My Part of the project was helping write the scripts and develop the slide deck for the learning module.- SAFE ARMS Project:The findings from this project will inform the promotion of effective firearm safety practices using a parent-empowerment model among parents with young children.My part of the project involves Mental Model Interviewing, analysis of expert interviews, and creating the project brand.

Graduate Student Instructor for Public Health 501:Developing Public Health Solutions This is a 6-credit graduate course taken in the winter semester of the first year of MPH. This team-driven class and lab explores today’s pressing public health issues and is a cornerstone of the MPH Core.
