CurrentRepresents and counsels employers in connection with all aspects of employment law, including matters relating to employment discrimination, restrictive covenants such as non-compete agreements and non-solicitation agreements, and wage and hour laws. Also negotiates collective bargaining agreements with unions, defends employers in grievance arbitrations, and advises clients on matters relating to withdrawal liability from union pension funds.Regularly practices in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in administrative agencies such as the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations.
