Served as a daily financial intelligence briefer in the terrorist financing operations section for the executive leadership team. Designed, developed, and delivered domestic and international training programs to combat terrorist financing, money laundering, and illicit finance. Assisted in domestic and international counterterrorism investigations on terrorist financing subjects. International travel related to FBI and U.S. Government efforts to disrupt and dismantle terrorist financing. Served as an FBI representative to the U.S. State Department's Terrorist Financing Working Group. Co-facilitated presentations to FBI Citizens Academy groups visiting FBI Headquarters. Experienced in foreign liaison exchanges. Have briefed and trained numerous official foreign delegations visiting FBI facilities.

Assisted in the development of leadership and management training programs for federal court officials. Reviewed, edited and wrote original prose for staff members, including negotiation scenarios and crisis leadership applications for court supervisors.Developed an evaluation matrix to assess job candidates’ process knowledge, content knowledge, and technical competence with job description requirements, used a Likert-type scale to rank candidates for interview selection, and hiring decisions. My research and evaluation matrix were instrumental in the hiring decision and the candidate selected is currently the Federal Judicial Center's Director of the Information Technology Office.
