Two years ago I had a client who enrolled in one of my programs. In our first conversation, I asked him what he really wanted to achieve with his business and this season of life.I said, “It’s super important to me to understand where your heart is with your business and what you really want to do.”He paused and then began sharing that he wasn’t doing what he loved to do. There were things in his business he loved and wanted to do but he couldn’t find the time or the energy to do them. So he ended up spending most of his time working on things he hated doing. He felt frustrated and trapped by his business saying “I have no desire to go there today.” He began to cry… I felt badly for him. No business owner should have to run their business that way. He wanted his dream but he also wanted someone to help him with the pain he was experiencing. Ultimately, we ended up being able to do both.And most important to me we were able to get him back to doing what he loved to do, what got him into business in the first place.This is what I do.
