Louisiana Bucks Baseball is a private youth baseball and softball organization located in Church Point, La. We believe in using sports to build character in our young men and women. Helped the company migrate from a non recurring revenue, prodcut centric company into a monthly recurring- managed services company by prospecting new customers and helping them solve their remote communications issues. GDS revenues for my territory increased by 400% ($1mm-$4mm) by prospecting for new customers. During this time we were also able to improve operational efficiency by collaborating, strategizing, and planning across departments. I finished as one of the top 2 margin producers each year, and I was awarded the Million Dollar Club Award 3 times during this period, until we requested the award be redirected to other contributors outside of the sales department.
