• Yieldstar metrology development for product wafer overlay with respect to tsmc advanced nodes from N5 node~N2+ node• Taking heat from the customer and assist troubleshooting issue from the customer.• Involved tsmc cross-site new FAB N5/N3 node ramping to secure solving power shortage and collaborate with mature fab to establish customized way of working.• Conducted feasibility study of new type target design and drives for product adoption as a potential alternative to widen current solution window toward customer's cutting edge N2 node
