• Develop and maintain executive level relationships with client base • Act as business partner to advise clients on the appropriate method of engagement, via SOW, Project based SOW work, or Staff Augmentation as dictated by the business need• Manage account portfolio to ensure high degrees of efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction• Take a proactive approach to client base staffing needs, thereby maximizing TEK's capability to provide quality resources• Cold calling, closing, contract negotiating, prospecting, client management, customer service• Engage in B2B sales activities to drive solution delivery and staffing business
