Installation, Startup, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of compressed air systems including compressors , dryers, filtration , control valves and sequencing equipment, including electrical troubleshooting and wiring of all components. programming, wiring in of sequencers and controllers and control valves etc. providing diagnostics of systems and components and consultation of existing systems. hook up and use of air survey equipment and leak detection equipment. consult and train jr techs in troubleshooting and repair of compressors , dryers and associated components. also installs air compressors, dryers, and components both electrically and piping systems threaded and brazed. compressors include large and small reciprocating high/low pressure lubed and oil free, flooded screw, scroll, oil free rotaries, vane and lobe type pumps. dryers include refrigerated, and regenerative. currently training on Centrifugal type compressors. Also provide customer training in the use, operation, and maintenance of their compressors and components.

repair and maint of atlas copco flooded screw, large recipe, and scroll compressors, along with refrigerated and regenerative dryers. troubleshooting and repair of electrical control systems along with programming replacing and upgrading controllers from MKIII to MKIV and MKIV to MKV controllers.
