* Directed Human Resources delivery at DST IT Services in India and Thailand, along with DST corporate groups in the U.S. through management of 44-member team supporting more than 3,800 employees in 9 business units.* Provided support including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, associate engagement, merit/compensation processes, organizational effectiveness and employee development. Contributed to the achievement of business objectives in software development, software support, infrastructure deployment and maintenance, innovation, IT security, risk management, financial management, legal services, real estate development and property management.* Participated in digital transformation including modernization of infrastructure, improvements in IT security and rationalization of organizational structures and processes as member of Enterprise Services Leadership Team.* Spearheaded implementation of "One DST" initiative in India and Thailand, consolidating/standardizing HR functions, improving organizational effectiveness, driving business results, enhancing collaboration and strengthening decision making.* Facilitated a job architecture project refining job families, consolidating more than 3,000 IT, business process outsourcing and corporate job descriptions into approximately 800 job descriptions, eliminating redundancy, optimizing global resources and harmonizing compensation and performance expectations.* Assessed business executive and Human Resources talent. Made changes in leadership personnel as required. Developed leaders and established clear expectations aligned with business objectives.* Managed talent acquisition function in India directly, hiring 258 persons in first half of 2015, including senior executives.
