With over 25 years of experience in the rail industry, I am passionate about providing high-quality and cost-effective transloading solutions and consulting services to clients across North America. As the President of Hoffmann Rail Group, I lead a group to design, build, and operate transloading facilities that meet the diverse needs of shippers and carriers. I also oversee the marketing and sales strategy of the company, leveraging my extensive network and knowledge of the market to generate new business opportunities and partnerships. Before joining Hoffmann Rail Group, I was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at TNW Corporation, where I was responsible for growing the revenue and profitability of the company's short line railroads and logistics centers. I also held a similar role at Colo Railroad Builders after many years with Union Pacific Railroad. Some of the skills that I have developed and applied throughout my career include, new business development, process improvements, team leadership, contract negotiations, and out of the box solutions . I am driven by the mission of enhancing the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the rail transportation system, and I am always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our services and processes.
