Responsible for supporting the Information Security Manager in managing Tinuiti’s information security, audit, and compliance programs. I assist in analyzing and developing current and new information security capabilities, managing policies and controls for the agency, and maintaining SOC2 security compliance.Some of my current responsibilities include:- Engage on new vendors, potential security issues, client security requests, and other matters pertaining to the information security program- Engage third party auditors to effectively communicate Tinuiti’s security program- Engage internal teams to properly communicate audit requirements and gather necessary evidence for Tinuiti to successfully pass its SOC audit- Managing, updating, and documenting changes to information security policies, procedures and internal standards for information security- Act as the first level of internal communication for security questions and requests for Tinuiti’s internal and external partners- Provide clear risk mitigating directives for projects with components in IT, including the mandatory application of controls- Consult internal teams of best security practices for upcoming and ongoing projects- Perform annual security reviews for potential and current critical vendors- Perform access reviews across all applications to help better understand where unauthorized access is granted and can be removed.- Participate in working with sales and client on data security requests- Ensure that all information owned, collected or controlled by or on behalf of the company is processed and stored in accordance with applicable laws and other global regulatory requirements, such as data privacy.
