Wade is a degree qualified Project Director with a background in architecture. He has been involved in multi-disciplinary consultancy aspects of the construction industry since 2006. Wade has run healthcare, central and local government, commercial, industrial, residential and education projects from end to end, in both the PM and Architectural Design Lead roles. His projects have included critical Health services, stadiums, community buildings, schools, apartments, residential and commercial subdivisions, and Office/Warehouse developments. He has acted as Engineer to Contract (EtC) and Engineer’s Representative on numerous NZS 3910:2013 contracts, leading teams through all project and contract processes. Wade’s multi-discipline background, professional training in architecture and core strengths as a project manager make him an ideal candidate to lead any project team through all facets of the project process. He can provide an ideal interface with client, consultants, and contractors because he understands the different disciplines from previous practical applications. This allows him to make fair and reasonable decisions for all parties involved with a project. Wade has an exceptional eye for detail and embraces a “no surprises” approach to all facets of a project, through clear communication and optimising efficiency.
