I've built and co-founded multiple companies over the last 13 years (2 exits), specifically rapidly growing tech enabled and software SMB's. Seperately, I led two rev orgs to Inc's top 75 fastest growing companies. Operating and growing SMB's is what I'm good at and thoroughly enjoy.Operator - it nourishes and challenges the mind.Creator - it nourishes the soul.Guide - it nourishes the heart. My soul is fed through meaningful conversations, and most recently specifically about navigating transitions - moving from one place to another in life.
