-Lead counsel and human rights policy advisor for the organization, driving the strategy, integration, and scaling of the organization's litigation, advocacy, and education programming, including staff of 30+ and budget of $4 million+-Led the creation & ongoing implementation of the org-wide strategic plan, including org positioning, goals/metric framework, and change management

The Haitian Bridge Alliance (HBA) also known as “The BRIDGE” is a grassroots nonprofit community organization that advocates for fair and humane immigration policies and provides migrants and immigrants with humanitarian, legal, and social services, with a particular focus on Black people, the Haitian community, women and girls, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and survivors of torture and other human rights abuses.
