• Analyze and approve the sales team’s pricing requests based on margin and EBIT to ensure company profitability and alignment with strategic initiatives, as well as market competitiveness• Manage gross margins for Southeast region through approvals, low margin review, and margin enhancement actions.• Work closely with Sales Management, Finance Managers, and Category Managers to drive sales and generate new sales opportunities.• Handle special projects for the sales team which includes monthly specials, customer price files, and EBIT analysis.

• Manage department of 4 individuals with sales over $170 million and rebates of $28 million• Fulfill Contracts Specialist responsibilities for Lagasse’s 2nd largest contract vendor Georgia Pacific along with 10 other vendors• Implemented a new EDI method for Georgia Pacific to reduce discrepancies• Run detailed reports on contracted customers sales, costs, prices, and margins for pricing team and upper management• Maintain a monthly Aging report of contract receivables and follow up on any outstanding items• Approve customer credits up to $5000 and vendor repayments and write offs up to $500

• Took over the 2nd largest contracted vendor, Georgia Pacific, along with 35 other vendors• Increased rebates per month from $120K to $300K and reduced the monthly variance from over $4000 to $0 for Georgia Pacific• Maintained contracts in the system to ensure vendors and customers received the correct prices/costs when billed• Performed monthly billing reports and deduct from vendors

• Managed pricing on items sold to customers nationwide to ensure repeat business• Analyzed and researched pricing issues for our customers while providing quick and accurate solutions daily• Maintained appropriate margins by updating costs with respect to our vendors quarterly price changes
