Responsible for the Red Oak Facility supplier quality organization to Implement a supplier performance rating system. Mentored and coached the team to develop advanced quality solutions, utilizing advanced quality tools to manage suppliers to assure compliant on-time product delivery. Successfully recruited a professional quality engineering staff to strengthened customer relations, develop and implement zero-defect plans utilizing advanced quality processes and procedures, budgetary controls, project management tools, and streamlined the supplier quality organization's through standardization of internal processes and procedures. Responsible for direct reports, contract monitoring, answering RFP's, supplier approval process for new program startups. Mentored and coached Supplier Quality staff to work with cross-functional organizations in developing new product development strategies, including the process for approving new suppliers for the site programs.

Interim Position - Responsible for multiple, domestic, and international Triumph Aerospace Structures (TAS) supplier quality organizations and the quality performance of approximately 3,400 domestic and international combined suppliers. Led team to implement supplier quality improvement strategies and associated activities across TAS's approved supplier list (ASL) through standardization of the enterprises' processes and procedures, standardization of supplier rating system, advanced quality processes (AS9145), partnered with cross-functional organizations to improve supplier selection process through improved supplier risk assessments, work transfer processes/procedures, and improvements to the Enterprises Processes and Procedures. Successfully facilitated strategic processes, tactical strategies, and work standard improvements to a successful outcome reducing the cost to the TAS business unit and TAS' sites. Drove corporate initiatives related to supplier quality to develop zero-defect plans into the supply chain, utilizing preventive action tools such as SPC, DFMEA's, PFMEA's, PPAP, and APQP, Risk Assessment (AS9145), which resulted in effective Zero-Defect plans.

Interim Position – Responsible for all quality assurance activities for all programs. Ensure that quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met or exceeded, maintain compliance with AS9100 contractual requirements, and monitor all inspection levels. Oversee customer interface functions, including processing and Corrective Action activity. Assigned to develop and implement an efficient quality recovery plan (Return to Excellence), drive continuous improvement to the Quality Management System, internal auditing process, and reduce inspection backlog impacting on-time delivery performance. Developed a vendor qualification program that ensured TSW aligned with qualified vendors capable of meeting high-quality standards. Introduced strategic and tactical action plans to increase revenues two-fold and leverage existing utilization to surpass all current industry standards. Successful in leading the implementation of continuous improvement plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis tools, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, causal mapping, and implementing preventative action plans.

2013 to 2016 - Designed, developed, and implemented continuous improvement in quality management initiatives to improve product quality, promote safety, increase production efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Championed quality assurance brand positioning processes and procedures that exceed customer quality expectations. Established and facilitated cross-functional continuous improvement events, cross-functional Root Cause Analysis teams for AS9100 Quality Management System, product defects, supplier escapes, and zero-defect plans, resulting in an 80% non-conformance reduction in the first year, a 60% reduction in the second year. I worked directly with the customer, supporting supplier audits and product inspections.

Managed up to seventeen suppliers in Northern Europe and Turkey for F35, F16, and C130, achieving a Supplier Quality rating of 90 to 100% with multiple suppliers delivering zero escapes into LM Aero's build line. Drove preventative actions, PRMEA, PPAP, APQP, and risk assessments into the supply base to drive a zero-defect culture. Reviewed all contractual flow downs to a supplier and held them accountable to the contractual requirements through the development of compliance checklists. I supported and participated in supplier "Process Variation Management" events to comply with the contractual requirement to achieve a 1.33 Cpk improvement in their manufacturing build process. Successfully started up fourteen new F35 suppliers resulting in a quality performance rating of 90 to 100% and zero escapes into LM Aero's build line. Promoted to Program Supplier Quality Management.

Performed final component assembly end item inspections prior to customer validation and acceptance. • International Quality Assurance Engineer: TAI, Ankara, Turkey: Provided training and interpretation of MIL-Q-9858, and MIL-STD-1520, and applied drawings, planning, procedures, and special processes. Actively managed, monitored, and trained Turkish Nationals in proper inspection methods on aircraft systems, assemblies, tooling, and special processes.

• Quality Assurance Assembly Inspector: Assured 747, 757, and 767 major components complied with engineering drawings, specifications, processes, and procedures. Assured components were loaded into tooling per engineering and design requirements. Certified as NDI Level II Penetrate inspector. Perform validation of paint application in accordance with multiple organic specifications.
