- Develop, schedule, coach, and lead a diverse team of examiners composed of junior and senior level generalists. - Responsible for supervising the regulatory activities for a variety of banking organizations. Direct and review work products of project leads and support team. Throughout the exam process, collaborate with other divisions, senior division leaders, and other banking agencies to ensure proper and consistent supervisory approach to assigned institutions. - Worked with institutional managers to collaborate and execute supervisory activities at community organizations. Functioned as a central point of contact for various state member banks and holding companies. Served as an examiner-in-charge for problem, complex, and/or larger-sized community organizations. Coordinated and communicated supervisory findings to bank leadership team. Assisted on reviews at regional and large financial organizations across the system. - Identified key risk factors to the organization and evaluated corresponding risk mitigates. Drafted, edited, and submitted supervisory report comments and work papers on organization's financial conditions and emerging risks. - Helped onboard new staff and, on an ad hoc basis, worked as a formal trainer for less experienced staff.
