My current role is to manage Global Active Directory Infrastructure (on-premises and AZURE AD) along with Office 365 Architecture and Administration. In addition to this I serve as a senior escalation resource for Virtualization, Exchange Server and Networking related projects and incidents.

As a Systems Engineer I assist in the troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production issues, managing on premise and cloud infrastructure, and developing tools which will automate daily operational activities. Additional responsibilities include:- Developing or furthering existing application and system management tools and processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency. - Support, manage, and administer heterogeneous environments consisting of hundreds of Linux and Windows Systems.- Solve complex problems by applying advanced troubleshooting techniques in Systems, Networking and Applications.- Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing, security, operational support at scale, and efficient use of resources - Deliver simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes. - Creating technical design documentation.- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for infrastructure operations.- Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance duties for supported environments.- Maintain, monitor and analyze performance of infrastructure components- Work closely with the Infrastructure Operations team as part of 24x7 support team to collaboratively plan and execute off-hour provisioning, maintenance and operations activities.

- Responsible for working on projects in support of Windows, VMware, and Cloud technology platforms.- Involved with architecting, engineering, documenting and implementing technology best practices- Supporting enterprise level environments with a thorough understanding of operational support requirements- A key resource in the deployment and maintenance of new systems to keep the system environment stable and interruptions to a minimum in standalone and multi-tiered environments. - Conduct system analysis to keep systems current with changing technologies and work with other professional technical staff in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.- Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, including troubleshooting and replacement of faulty system hardware.- Evaluate and maintain hardware / software management and monitoring tools which will meet both the immediate and future needs of the customers

- Design, plan, deploy and monitoring of Network Security at the perimeter as well as internally.
