Managing daily production operations for Genesee, Westerose and Keystone Areas including 14 Operational Staff initially. After the Area Realignment, we managed 22 Operators for the Buck Creek and Lodgepole Properties. Duties included helping to optimize production and minimize downtime while mentoring staff to keep all areas compliant and ensure all daily duties were completed safely following Penn West Codes of Practice. Also met with all departments to ensure all corporate pillars and goals were being met by all staff in the area. A large portion of my time was also utilized to comment daily on production fluctuations and attending numerous Chemical RFR, Area Well Review and Project Planning Meetings in Drayton and Calgary.

Operation of assorted high pressure sweet and sour gas and oil wells. During my time with this Trio of merged companies, I have been working towards the Senior Operator position doing special projects and training as required by the Senior Foreman. With Canetic, I was in charge of implementing PM Schedules throughout the field and ensuring operations stayed up to date on requirements. From time to time I acted as company representative in public safety and operational matters. Most recently, I took on the responsibilities of planning the Turn Arounds for both the LCU and North Lobstick batteries which were completed on time and without any negative events. I was also able to step in while my Senior and Foreman were absent in 2010 and learned a lot about the duties they are tasked with.

Operation of assorted high pressure sweet and sour gas and oil wells. Maintaining integrity of all Duke owned and contracted pipelines through scheduled pigging and inhibitor batching programs. I operated various styles and sizes of compression and process facilities. Special Project Supervision and employee training was a common part of the routine as well. I also was required to act on behalf of area foreman in his absence.
