Development and implementation of Management Systems to ensure Client satisfaction and increased profitability.Providing leadership, direction, training, expertise, development, and implementation of management and health and safety programs to the employer's workers and customers. Through research and/or operational trials, provide recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities with all phases of operations.

Integral role in building the Drilling division into one of the largest and well respected drilling companies in North America, including Heliportable, and Land operations in the seismic market, as well as diversifying into Core Drilling within the Mining and Mineral Exploration markets. Providing leadership, direction, training, expertise, development, and implementation of management and health and safety programs to the employer's workers, customers, and contractors (office, field personnel and contractors reaching up to 300 personnel). Through research and/or operational trials, provide recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities with all phases of operations (i.e. Heliportable, Land based and Core drilling operations). Conduct regular internal audits/inspections of company operations ensuring compliance with all applicable commitments within the Health, safety, and environmental programs. Control of all incident investigation reports submitted internally and externally. Ensuring investigations are complete including the identification of the root cause and adequate & documented follow up actions are in place prior to closure.

Heliportable and Land based crews as large as sixty field personnel, utilizing up to twenty drills, as well as coordinating up to four 205B helicopters Responsible for daily field operations including safety and logistics for crew and equipment. Train and Orientate company contractors and employees with respect to all phases of the HSE programs. Responsible for tracking daily costs and reporting all administrative information such as time, production, crew rotations to the head office. Keeping accurate documentation records for contract files Inspect/investigate HSE incidents ensuring all applicable provincial/federal legislation are in compliance and determining any adverse environmental effects. Ensure that all investigation findings have associated action plans in place and are implemented and tracked to ensure compliance.
