Aligned publication and communication strategy across the Research portfolio in order to grow both scientific and commercial value of the organization.• In 2010, while working in Siena, Italy, directed an effort to review and adjust organizational structure and resource allocation of global Vaccines Research organization. • Within two years, grew annual global research conference for NV&D from ~200 attendees to over 350 attendees and 30 speakers while broadening appeal from a research-centric program to a divisionally-focused conference.
