Installing, repairing, and testing telephone and internet lines. Trained for and provided some work on fiber lines. Located in-ground telephone lines and repaired sections of cable. Able to read prints from the Central Office out to customer homes. I learned all I could about the industry and was able to use most of it. Took part in continuing education through AT&T online training that wasn't required. I was often able to use quick thinking in order to get clients back in service as quickly as possible. I enjoyed communicating with customers and getting to meet a variety of people.
