At AbeTech I was the account manager for our smaller clients. I really enjoyed working with so many different kinds of people and accounts. I worked to provide them with everything from pricing for a roll of labels, to replacement barcode scanners, to mobile computers. I also helped our Account Executives with their clients when they were out of the office.

Managed Print Services has really gained a lot of attention in the last several years. Just about every business that was traditionally a "Copier" company really saw the need to embrace the desktop and workgroup printer space. It just made sense. I have the honor of being able to work both the pre-sales and post-sale sides of the table. For the pre-sales.

I train our current clients on basic and advanced functionality of their Multifunctional Devices, as well as software. I also provide ongoing client support for any questions they may have from time to time. The job also requires problem solving skills if issues arise with a customers machine.Good customer service and communication skills are a must. I.

I was initially brought on because of my extensive knowledge of car electronics as a sales representative. After a while, I was moved to car audio installation because of my mechanical understanding of vehicles.
