Joined Mylan in late 2012 as Senior Manager - General Accounting tasked with implementing the vision of creating a regional financial shared service center including deploying new tools, business processes, and expanding use of the center. Promoted to Team Leader - Corporate Planning & Reporting, leading the financial consolidation for actual, budget, and forecast in SAP and Hyperion, balance sheet analysis, and statement note preparation.

Served as Audit manager on the firms largest engagements from preparing the audit plan, managing field work, and report preperation. Income tax return preperation for closly held corporations, partnerships, and wealthy individuals. Grew the companies book of business through effective networking and personal relationships.

Chapter 11 steel processor, turnaround opportunity. Restructured debt, leveraged working capital to improve cash flow, improved margins by effectively measuring productivity and reducing operating cost.

Small ($6M) not-for-profit health & human services agency. Significant forensic exercise to clean up accounting irregularities left by previous CFO. Implemented new accounting software. Worked to secure additional government grants that doubled the size of the organization.
