Wade Bradley has over twenty-eight years experience as a principal in feature film finance, venture capital and the financial derivatives industries. He is the founder and CEO of Media Society and President of Altar Identity Studios, which move to the next level the end-to-end feature film finance to distribution managed risk platform pioneered at IndieVest. Media Society, an exclusive, members-only community of affluent individuals, finance professionals, and highly-experienced feature film production companies that combine forces with Altar Identity Studios’ production oversight and theatrical distribution to achieve a tremendous return-on-passion while engaged in the art and business of filmmaking. In its first two years of operation Media Society / Altar Identity Studios co-produced the successful Broadway musical First Date with the Tony award winning team that produced Memphis and the feature film Big Stone Gap with Academy Award winning Producer Donna Gigliotti. Wade was Managing Director of Empire Ventures, an enterprise software, network infrastructure venture capital firm he founded. While there he led 27 initial and 35 follow-on early stage equity investments, while serving on seven boards of directors. As an active manager and lead investor, he brings strong operational, financial and strategic experience to early stage companies. Successes included, SnapNames, Learning,.com, Anvita Health and Xora.
